EULEP Project/Master in Governance Legacy

EULEP – European Learning Experience Platform

The University of Genoa participated in the Erasmus+ project EULEP – European Learning Experience Platform, a Centre of Vocational Excellence (CoVE) initiative aimed at strengthening Continuing Vocational Education and Training (C-VET) across Europe.

EULEP brought together universities, vocational education providers, chambers of commerce and innovation stakeholders from eight European countries to develop innovative training opportunities responding to emerging skills needs in the areas of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Virtual Reality (VR) and Social Innovation (SI).

The project focused on supporting companies, SMEs and professionals through upskilling and reskilling initiatives, promoting learner-centred methodologies and strengthening collaboration between education providers and industry.

EULEP Learning Activities at the PhD & Professional Cruise School

Within the framework of the III Freshmen PhD & Professionals Cruise School 2026, the University of Genoa contributed to the dissemination and piloting of EULEP training materials, with a particular focus on Virtual Reality applications for education and professional development.

Participants had the opportunity to explore the potential of immersive technologies within vocational and higher education contexts and to reflect on the role of innovation-oriented skills in supporting organisational transformation.

The learning materials were made available in English through the Cruise School learning environment, supporting flexible and international participation.
