Accommodation and Fees

There are 3 types of cabins:

• Internal Cabin

Cabin without windows, equipped with twin or double beds, private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, TV, safe, and wardrobe. Ideal for participants who prefer a more economical option.

• External Cabin

Cabin with a window (porthole), allowing natural light. Equipped with twin or double beds, private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, TV, safe, and wardrobe.

• Balcony Cabin

Cabin with a private balcony and outdoor seating area. Equipped with twin or double beds, private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, TV, safe, and wardrobe. Provides more space and natural light.

Electricity on Board: All cabins are equipped with European-style sockets (Type C/F, 220–230V).
We recommend bringing a power strip or travel adapter if you need to charge multiple devices, as the number of sockets may be limited.

Fees and Payment Conditions

The participation fee depends on the registration period and is structured in three phases: Discounted Rate, Regular Fee, and Late Fee.

Discounted Rate

Participants registering during the discounted period are required to pay a deposit equal to 20% of the total fee in order to secure their cabin. The remaining balance will be paid later according to the payment schedule communicated by the organizers. This option allows participants to benefit from a reduced participation fee.

Regular Fee

After the discounted registration period, the standard participation fee will apply.

Late Fee

Registrations submitted close to the departure date will be subject to a late registration fee, depending on cabin availability.

Insurance Coverage

The participation package includes travel insurance for all participants. In case a participant needs to cancel their trip after completing the payment, the insurance coverage allows reimbursement according to the terms and conditions of the insurance policy.
