Accommodation and Fees
There are 3 types of cabins:
- Internal Cabin
- External Cabin
- Balcony Cabin
Cabin Types and Prices
Quadruple Internal Cabin – €770 early / €950 late per person
Triple Internal Cabin – €830 early / €1,010 late per person
Double Internal Cabin – €930 early / €1,130 late per person
Single Internal Cabin – €1,130 early / €1,300 late
Quadruple External Cabin – €890 early / €1,070 late per person
Triple External Cabin – €950 early / €1,130 late per person
Double External Cabin – €1,040 early / €1,240 late per person
Single External Cabin – €1,240 early / €1,480 late
Double Balcony Cabin – €1,130 early / €1,360 late per person
Single Balcony Cabin – €1,300 early / €1,540 late
Electricity on Board: All cabins are equipped with European-style sockets (Type C/F, 220–230V).
We recommend bringing a power strip or travel adapter if you need to charge multiple devices, as the number of sockets may be limited.
Early Bird and Late Registration Policy
Registration will be considered complete only once payment has been received.
Participants wishing to benefit from the Early Bird fee must complete their payment by 30 September. Registration may be submitted at any time; however, the Early Bird rate applies only if payment is made by this deadline.
All payments received after 30 September will be subject to the Late Registration fee. This also applies to participants whose payment is made by their university.
Exception: PhD students of the 42nd cycle, whose programme starts on 1 November, may benefit from the Early Bird fee provided that payment is completed by 30 November.
