Please note that triple and quadruple cabins can only be booked by pre-formed groups. The names of all cabin occupants must be indicated during registration. Participants who wish to book these cabin types but do not yet have cabin mates will be placed on a waiting list and may be assigned to share with other participants if availability permits.

Payment Policy

Registration fees are:

  • Non-refundable
  • Transferable to another participant upon request

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit card (PagoPA)
  • Bank transfer

Full payment details will be communicated directly via email after registration confirmation.

Early Bird and Late Registration Policy

Registration will be considered complete only once payment has been received.

Participants wishing to benefit from the Early Bird fee must complete their payment by 30 September. Registration may be submitted at any time; however, the Early Bird rate applies only if payment is made by this deadline.

All payments received after 30 September will be subject to the Late Registration fee. This also applies to participants whose payment is made by their university.

Exception: PhD students of the 42nd cycle, whose programme starts on 1 November, may benefit from the Early Bird fee provided that payment is completed by 30 November.

Waiting List

If demand exceeds cabin availability, a waiting list will be activated.

Placement will follow the order of completed pre-registration submissions.
